John when was the last time that the moniker interface and back system was upgraded?

The site works for some of my friends but others get a time-out. It is very very slow.
Something is wrong. The domain is MobileFinances.com. It forwards to Arkacia.com.
Arkacia.com comes up fine on each device we have tried. So something is wrong
with the forwarding.

And why today? When I tried it before, it just worked. What has changed? It will
be interesting to see how long this one takes to get fixed.

Kevin

Nothing changed. I am escalating to second level support to see
If they find anything. I have tried from multiple computers, phone devices and ip addresses and
All loads fine to target URL. Please make sure to clear cache or reboot
When testing on you side. Many people do not reboot
There computers. Also please start a new thread as "moniker is down" . I can answer your PMs or
Emails but don't want to continue on this thread

No problem here.
Are you saying some visitors experience a timeout with MobileFinances.com but no delay when browsing straight to Arkacia.com is that right ?

PS: one should always use third party DNS service, or better yet, your own - so you can perform a mass update against your DNS zones when you want to move sites to another webhost :)

Moniker fixed my forwarding problem; they had an issue with Comcast.

But right now, Saturday 1.40 PST, Moniker is down. Its in a loop, page just keeps loading loading loading with error messages. Down again...

ALL DOWN AGAIN

We are out of there. More lame excuses will follow.

Customer websites down.

I've stopped believing a word they have to tell us.

No word from them at all either. Like last time, they seem to be in hiding.

They may as well not have bothered posting. No hint of a time scale, nothing. The arrogance is staggering: we are their customers!

So much for the lame talk of upgrades they gave us last time.

UPDATE: We continue to experience a system outage. Our engineers and network consultants are diligently working toward a solution. We will continue to provide updates until the issue is resolved. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We do not have an ETA to provide yet, we will update this forum , twitter, and Facebook again when we do.

Continue? It already took a few hours before you started communicating. I don't think that is very professional.

A GoDaddy 'name servers' like issue?
