As for the support, I think things are back to normal. I'm receiving replies in minutes.

if you push a domain from one account to another, you need to provide the pushing account the auth code from your security section area.

they can then push the domain to your account.

Also - two new client service managers started today and the back log will be getting addressed over the next week. Thanks for your patience as we expand our service and support department.

Thanks, I'll be sure to do that if the transaction isn't complete soon enough :) I've told the member to try and push a domain (as a test) to see for himself, not sure whether he has or not. Anywhoo, I'll try that out if not :) Cheers!

well Ive been sending an email per day for the last 3 days to support, and CCed to Monte, still no reply............. since May 18

Thanks mate, its not a super important support request or anything but more the principle of the fact that I can get any which is getting frustrating

I emailed Don, my account manager. I try not to bother Monte if possible. I directed him to this thread. Lets wait and see.
Are you replying x times the same email (and subject) to support, or writing new messages?

I sent another email the other day and yet to receive a response.

I also looked around for a help desk ticket as someone mentioned but I was unable to find a place to submit a ticket.

I need to transfer 3 domains out - no AUTH CODE sent with the email multiple times, and no response from customer service except a canned response asking me to stay with Moniker. Someone needs to complain to ICANN.
