I've had an enquiry about selling .com (currently undeveloped), just wondering what you think it may be worth?

I've thought it may be suited to a medical-related site or anything else "GP".

Thanks Wot, your advice is pretty much identicle to an Afternic appraisal I forgot I had done for it about 18 months ago and have just managed to recover, I think I'll work on this basis now and see what happens. I'd rather keep hold of it for a few more years than under-sell it.
