I am a little confused with this site - all of the links on the left Navbar go to another site for sales and the limited number of templates visible on this site cannot be viewed as error "Page not found" is obtained when attempting to enlarge.
How can a potential customer see what they are buying from the site.
Is this in itself a Dotcom Builder type template-based site?

1) The site appears incomplete.
Left navbar links lead to pages on template-help.com and templatetuning.com (assuming you follow the 2nd link for any content, otherwise, apart from the link, they do not provide any templates or other content).
When eventually finding a sample template on the Paypal payment page, "Click to Enlarge" leads to "Page Not Found".

2) If the site is a template site such as Dotcom Builder, the post must state that is so.

John, it's a nice looking site, how does a domain that's only been registered a little over a month attain a PR5?

If I buy it, how will I maintain the PR?
