I have bought the domain OffersWanted.net and want to know what you think the domain could be worth

The domain could be used like a sedo type of site where people can post domains and people can bid on them I think the domain might have potentional but I have no time to develop it.

So let me know what you think its worth

I'll reply...I think it's okay. If you can't develope it though, it has minimal value.
Maybe a $100 or so, to the right end user.
