Its the 15th of the month and I haven't received payment. Is anyone else having this problem or do I have to wait until the end of the day?

Worse yet, for me it says that payment was sent on the 9th. It was never received, what is going on?

I was coming here to post the same message. My invoice says it was generated on the 9th, but under the billing tab it's showing as unpaid.

This appears to be a wide spread issue...

no problem; yes they are apparently in processing as mine arrived about an hour ago. i beleive nora indicated previously that would happen today. today in my book ends at midnight.

As you know they launched the SEDO LLC beginning this month. If you are based in the US and using wire transfer to your bank account you may want to send them an email with your domestic Swift code rather than the international as most banks use different codes for each. This may help them speed payments so they don't have to call everyone's bank due to the changeover. I am hoping they change the whole thing over to direct deposit so we don't have to incur fees for this every month.

I got my Payment on time like normal you may want to check your payment type you have in your account if you have not been paid, I have never had a problem being paid by sedo on time...

I am hoping they change the whole thing over to direct deposit so we don't have to incur fees for this every month.

Hello,

we try to make the payouts as fast as possible, but don't forget we still transfer the money from a german bank account, so it can take some time until its processed and credited to your account.

Everyone who received a credit note receives his payment, if you should not receive it, please drop us a line.
