Domain: peopleplus (dot) com

I have an end user interested in the domain. Registered since 1998.

I'm earning about $400/yr on parking. Several companies from all over the world use this name, mainly US, Egypt and India. End user is from the US where the majority of hits are coming from.

I'm hoping to get $xx,xxx, but I'm fairly new to selling. My plan was to send him an asking price while mentioning all the other companies using the name. He seems to want me to start with the negotiations...

As for asking price, can someone help me appraise it?

Thanks

I'll take a stab at it and say $15,000 to $25,000. I wouldn't mention any other company names, treat it as your domain, it earns you income and it has value to you. You really don't have to justify your asking price. You could say you've had other interest in the domain and other offers in the past. It is a nice generic domain , the 'Plus' after a keyword like this is almost always a good combo. Don't worry about asking too high a price, you can always come down later if you want to make a sale, but you can't really go the other way. If they walk away, then they weren't really interested or in the ballpark anyway. Good luck.
