Hi,
I own PittsburghRehab.com (as well as other City Rehab .coms ). Any ideas on value? High CPC ($13.07) and about 3600 exact searches per month. I would love to hear what you all think. Is this worth developing or selling?

3600 exact searches is a good number for a geo+keyword. Do a little research and see who comes up in the paid searches on google. If you see 3-5 companies fighting for the same customer you've got some good value.

3,600 is the number of broad searches.
Choose "exact" under match type in Google Keyword Tool.

$50 to $100 for reseller.
End user would go for $500 to $2000.
But you have to go find them probably. Email potential buyers.
