In Quebec/Canada We have a well know site "Les pac.com"
"Les" is "the" in french and PAC stand for Petites Annonces Classées. kind of Craiglist/Kijiji. Maybe try Quebec french users to avoid any trademark trouble.....
PAQ can be Petites Annonces Québec not a big market but better than a drop.... we also use PAQ and it stand for Protection Animal Quebec

Tupac Shakur was his artistic name, right ? Since ppl must've tried to cash in on any tupac/2pac items after he died, I'd look for any 2pac potential conflicts, I agree 2paq is different and he didn't use that afaik
UK4B.com I like, it's almost mainstream if you want an easy name for a site or business in the UK (UK4B.co.uk is parked at Sedo, good idea to find out if any TMs)
