Appraising .ca's is one of the hardest things to do... for me anyway.
I will try my best to give a fair appraisal though.
Reseller i believe this domain can fetch anywhere from $750-2000. End user $10,000 minimum.
I do recall the .com selling for $60,000. Hope that helps

10k is probably the minimum that I'd ask for an end-user sale/offer. I should hit up the honourable James Moore, minister of Canadian Heritage to see if he'd buy it for the benefit of all Canadians. lol.
