PHPer.net has good potential for development. The .net hurts a little bit and I see that the .com is parked ;-(
Still the .net fits for everything that's Internet-related
IMO you should develop this one.
As for CeoDaily.com I don't see much value. The name could fit for a magazine but that's it.
