lol

regarding setup.net, I looked into it. It was bought in July at TDNAM, the same month danielG got it appraised here. So that looks legitimate, unless they were selling stolen domains at TDNAM :)

Not saying it was stolen. Just asked nitro4 a question, he has read many times now and doesnt care to answer I suppose. Oh well, not the main issue.

I live around the corner from Michael Ginn's whois address. I'll try and swing by and see if I can figure out where he is.

Please do, direct him to this thread and please get a phone number.

I had an email from " Michael Ginn " this morning, what timing ...lol I still am not able to accept it as real as it is the email given by the last caller who imo was not Michael and used free skype type phone number etc. Also he used his middle name ( again looks too much like someone is trying to convince me ) . Als o it was short and sweet no OMG my name is at GD now please help, nothing. I dismiss it as ANOTHER fake on top of it a gmail account

What a great way to recruit investigators for a detective business

Your should start your domain recovery business JP, But instead of the usual "Thanks dude for getting my name back" you would actually charge for your services.

Sounds good but I really just pick up stuff here and there I catch or see, I think it would just complicate things by calling someone and offering a service after their name is stolen. I enjoy doing it out of kindness, besides they are best to call a lawyer . I just help where and when I can. If I charged it wouldnt be the same.

Well, between you and Snoopy it's getting a lot harder for a thief to get away with theft. Thanks JP!

LJP,

I sent you a PM. I found a lot of info on the real owner.

I don't know... If I were to have one of my more valuable names stolen, I'd prolly be willing to pay a fee for you to help me get it back :) Hijackers are not safe as long as JP is around

The silence from the thief is deathening (we can now safely say thief)
