Certainly not a reg fee domain; the keyword and cpc data alone suggest otherwise.

There are a huge number of SEO/PPC consultants out there, and while the smart ones build on branding rather than keywords, you would probably be well-served by canvassing a few and seeing what kind of offers you get on it. It's short, easy to remember, and ties into a money market. Do a little legwork and see if you can coax some offers out of the target market -- this will give you a much better idea of the domain's value than using Estibot or forums, because of the specialised nature of the business to which the domain is relevant.

PPC vs SEO are two separate approaches to internet marketing. Many companies that do specialize in online marketing perform both, but its somewhat contradictory as a name. I'd say $300-$500 is possible as a Flippa listing, but as they say anything is possible! It could end up going for pennies or thousands, sometimes you just never know. It is a sell-able name though, good luck!
