I have both print2kinkos.com and printkinkos.com. Don't have access to Exclusive Trademark forum, so thought I would seek your appraisal opinions as to whether I have some value here or an implied trademarked which has no value except to kinkos. thanks

"prink" in title was my typo.

printkinkos.com or print2kinkos.com. They may very well be worth zero, though looking for opinion from someone who can elucidate on trademark issues.

It is an implied trademark as the Kinkos TM cites printing services.

Kinkos also filed PRINT TO KINKO'S as a TM but later abandoned it. However as their business involves printing and they use Print to Kinkos as a Service Mark.

It makes little difference if a Trademark is Regsitered or not, as long as a company can prove usage in commerce or is known by that name you are violating the owners mark.

Ask yourself why did you register if you are not known by that name.
