wouldn't this be a contradiction, by name it's play station portable - the opposite of console?

I'm going to have to agree with the above for the most part... Psp is a handheld, and therefore is almost a contradiction to console. The only reason I say almost is because the psp does have features where it can link up to the PS2 console for special gameplay, but other than that, it's value is rather limited...
