How about this? A site where new puppy owners can upload pictures of their puppy, and vote for puppy of the day from the pictures uploaded for the previous day?

Great idea you have there. You should pursue it. Perhaps offer a prize every week or so. The vistor counters would be spinning. Insert adsense and your off.

I'd say mid $x,xxx ... maybe low $xx,xxx to enduser but had the 's' been added then I'm sure it would go higher. I like it.
