Probably a zero if you are trying to sell it here, but this name makes sense as a mortgage refinance site. The problem is that the name really isn't so strong that other people have to have it. It won't bring any leads because the traffic is zero. So, at the end of the day the prospective buyer really doesn't need your name to develop a mortgage refinance site.

This is a name that makes sense, but is still likely worth zero, if you catch my drift. If it eventually became part of someone's website/business then the value would be in the business, not the name, and that is what most people around here don't realize when they suggest that people develop names. They miss the whole point.

If it had a bit of traffic then it would lend itself to development, and then you could say that the name had value on it's own because it naturally brought in some targeted type-in traffic. But that isn't the case here. That being said, I have seen far worse names.
