Can you call me please? Calling from the UK and don't want to be kept waiting for ages, at my expense.

Time to see if you do appreciate my business :-)

I have sent you a PM with my account number and phone number.

I too would like a call as I already spent 10 minutes waiting while calling from Singapore from my Hand Phone which will have cost me a fortune.

I was told I would recieve an email which has never come through.

A PM has been sent.

Not to annoy anyone who's having problems, but I just wanted to say the password reset worked quickly & fairly easily for me. Received the reset email almost instantly. I didn't need to remember a security question answer, but instead had to create a new security question (but it wasn't clear that's what they wanted, it looked like they were asking for the answer to an existing question; maybe that's what's causing problems for some people?).

This is a wake up calls to review your account profile, not just in Moniker. Check your secret phrase for a password request like this one.

I was able to reset my password without assistance, good luck folks.

Two-Factor Authentication.
By the way, Name.com provides two-factor authentication to provide another layer of account protection. I hope Enom adapt this technology from Name.com.
GoDaddy provides a similar approach sending text message for the pin code. I'm not sure if this is the same approach for overseas clients.

Have a safe day.
Em

How about answering email support requests, not everyone lives in the US

FYI: I called Moniker and in about 10 mins. I have all my accounts back up. try calling them.

but as mentioned above it's a good idea for us all to update all your account records.

hopefully this all gets worked out fast for everyone :yo:

I had the exact same experience. Password reset and secret question/answer added in a couple of minutes.

Hi , I see your email -- I will re-send the link to the email address on file -- -- please remember to check in your spam folder for the email. If you don't receive it -- please let me know

Marti

I am furious! Just spent 10 minutes calling Moniker from Singapore on my mobile! Guys says he will send email through with new password and 1 hour later still nothing. This is ridiculous!

Thanks,

I will let you know.

I appreciate your help.

I eventually remembered my secret answer and reset my pass. Can't find where in account admin to review and change the secret questions though.

@Martij please respond to my PMs

Reset mine in 5 minutes. My 2 domains with Moniker are now safe.

Thank you, Martij and Navindra for help. My problem solved.

Don't worry, all be fine and be patient, all domains will be saved.

It's all very good to ask us to reset our passwords but how can I be expected to do this when I'm not receiving the reset email? I've followed the steps described and tried several times since receiving the notification. And, before someone asks: no, the reset email is not in my spam folder.

This is specially annoying as I'm not a US-based customer and don't see why I should be making an international call of unspecified length to Moniker, at my expense, when they're at fault.

Well, look at the bright side of it: you just made your first post on DNForum in 4.5 years :D

;) Yeah, yeah... and now 2 posts in less than a day! Where will it end, huh? Having said this, I still don't know why I'm not getting the reset email from Moniker (despite their message saying "
The requested login information has been sent to the email address on record.")
. Surely, I can't be the only one in this situation.

Let us look into the reason you are not getting the emails. Could you please email me your account #?

Best Regards,

Marti
