I have a site up and running at www.shopwaconia.com. It is name of the town I live in. I is sort of a mall site that I really haven't done much with yet, but was approached by the local chamber of commerce that they would be interested in buying the domain name. Any thoughts on what that would be worth and/or is it worth it??

Maybe ask them first what they are offering for the domain. They may say $10 in which case there is no sense in asking us and they may say $5,000 in which case there is no sense in asking us either.
