question Should You List Atom Appraisals When Listing Domain Sale & Is Pricing a Domain at 20% of Atom Appraisal Reasonable?

This is a general or domain name related question.

Would appreciate your opinion. I use Atom Appraised Values.

1. When listing a Domain for sale should I include the Atom appraised value?

2. In general I list the price of a domain for sale at 20% of the Atom appraised value. Is this too high or too low.

Hi Hibye,

Atom valuations are fine as a reference, but I wouldn’t anchor too hard to them.

What’s helped me more than any percentage rule is watching real inbound behavior. If a name gets views, inquiries, or near-deals, your price is probably in the right zone. If it sits completely silent, the appraisal number won’t matter much.
