There's a website too - an affiliate thing - gives you some idea of what it could be used for.

www.sitetemplates.co.uk

I would develop it. A developed site like this one (you can just slap in a few interesting templates) can fetch a few K.

Thanks for the feedback, but how much do you think the domain could be worth on its own? I'm not sure if I could really be bothered to develop it...

The limit on this one if the fact that it can only be used by a website design house. The drawback here is almost nobody sells just templates and the design pros out there go for other names like 'sitedesign' or 'designhouse', etc. I mean look at me, we are planning on offering templates for beginners/small businesses but because we were looking for something unique to stand for a complete website solution provider, we went with 'siteoven'. For this reason i would say developing it would be better. The other thing here is that tempaltes alone do not fetch that much cash, so the buyers of this domain will not spend that much on it to begin with. Its a great domain though. Given all that, i say $100-$500.

Edit: damn, i am tired... or typing too fast... fingers keep hitting the wrong keys.

P.S. if you dont mind me asking what is the cheapest registrar to feature .co.uk?

Yeah, I agree. I may try approaching one of those bigger companies to see if they want to crack the UK market, or perhaps the people who provide the templates for the site as it is...
I'm probably going to sell this one. A pity, but I don't have the time to develop it as I'm working on other client sites at the moment. Thanks for the feedback, I've only been around here for a couple of days but I think this forum is great!

£0 = sorry see NO value there.
