Well I have been working on solarisforums.com for a year now and I have no time to work on it as much as it should be. I'm looking for a fair appraisal as I am not sure what to ask.

Site and domain are 2 years old. The main page has PR6, the forums have PR4 with 100-200 uniques a day. I have excellent SEO status for keywords Solaris and OpenSolaris.

328 Members, it usually gets 1-2 new a day.

what revenue is it doing per month?
12-18 months revenue is kinda standard way of gauging a price for the site, and then add potential future earnings...altho this is often in the eye of the beholder, IMO no good saying that its got heaps of potential unless you detail why...simple fact is .. if it had heaps of potential one would have to qquestion why you arent developing it yourself

so in summary revenue is a good place to start A valuation.. how much is it doing per month?
 
The PR 6 also gives value in itself s it allows for selling links etc. I would say 1500-2500 without knowing more.
