I think PCS.in is the best followed by Keyboards.in (Keyboard.in would be better). 247 concept/term is not used in India.

Now regarding PCS - I hope you registered it to sell/service PCs. Also in India there is a tough and prestigious Govt conducted exam for Civil Services known as Provincial Civil Services - and those who qualify become PCS Officer.
