Good name! Website on surviving man made as well as natural disasters. The only problem is an all out power failure, rendering you're computer useless to access any information. However I think it could make for a valueable website with enough time and dedication put into it. Look for hardcopy survival guides, for survival senarios and possible solutions. Don't sell short, this is a good domain name.

I agree with low 5 figures (at least that is what I would want), however now is not the time to sell it unless the perfect user came around. I would at least develop it into a blog (hire writers if you don't have much to say in this niche) to get the traffic coming.

If you go the TRAFFIC/Great domains route...IMO it will go for mid to high xxxx right now...maybe low xx,xxx - but that would be a stretch. I would not go this route unless I was desparate and need to sell....because you would be selling to domainers who have many better options with spending 10k right now.

If you want middling xx,xxx to xxx,xxx you need to make something out of the site, be passionate about the content...get the attention of the endusers in this market. Get them not wanting a new competitor. IMO it will take a lot of hard work.
