I think it is a good campaign slogan (as you put it,) but unless someone really comes with that exact slogan the name is not worth much to say the least, because it belongs into that "brandable" category where you can wait all your life to find a worthy buyer because the name doesn't have an immediate and obvious value to anyone.

All in all I think you are going to need a lot of luck with this one.
