Not even for gaming, but maybe a site that has a select choice of funny mulyimedia, such a funny movies and flash games? Pictures could also be included.

IMHO reg fee undeveloped, developed with traffic, mid xxx-xxxx depending on the amount of traffic received. If it gets traffic and is parked it can be worth a lot more but without any stats what so ever, reg fee.
