Milo is the name of a place, not a sculptor. The sculptor has remained anonymous/unknown to this day so I don't think that can infringe any property rights since noone has ever claimed creative ownership over the statue (which btw is 2000 over years old an impossible to prove).

Don't mind me - I was just trying to push my point total over 1,000 (mission accomplished). In the process I did learn one thing - sarcasm does not play well here!
