I have also previously posted at NP, in which you asked for a PM, which still remains unanswered.

To remind you, way back in May in another thread you actually stated a 3-5 day turn-around on a site already in progress that I decided to purchase from you.

Not sure why you keep dragging everything out like this.

As I have now discovered, my experience isn't an isolated incident, and clearly isn't coincidence.

Even you have to admit that the frequent unexplained leaves of absences in the middle of a project and lack of communication, is not reflective of any definition of professional.

I dont want to see you get ripped off Devil Dog, If you paid by credit card or ACH, and its been under 60 days since the transaction date, you can reverse the charge, PM me if your not sure how to do this.

As for Petros and aZooZa, I've never seen you two get this mad before, you have much more patience than I do when it comes to dirt bags like these....My feeling is this guy is piss poor, but dont let up on him, try to get as much of your money back as you can.....

I am another person that he took for a ride.
Paid him all the money up front. Now he does not respond to my PMs or email.
Lesson learned for $125 - Never pay everything up front.
He just had a really good ratings on this forum and it's deceiving.
I wish i paid with credit card, but it was direct payment via paypal.

I'm very hard to piss off and I always try to be patient. But I get really pissed when people like Warren misinterpret my good will as naivety and try to take advantage of me.

Due to the non-participation of some people and the fact that it's a lot of unwanted hassle, I'm dropping this. I fought my own battle and lost, and now I don't think I have the time or inclination to fight other people's battles as well. Thanks for your support Petros. I have written to Mr. Davis and suggested to him that although I'm still not at all happy with the way he as treated me, he should now be looking to clean up issues with others. I've no more time or taste for it.

I have been planning to leave this forum for days now, for a short period of time. This was the last thing that I had to do before I left. I guess you are right, we are not in a position to fight for others, if they themselves are not doing anything.

I hope that Warren learned that when he takes money from people, he needs to keep his end of the deal.

If you look at his ratings - they all still positive.
