It would seem that Namestrands was right, as usual, about looking for a new solution...

On this occasion I really did not want to be right, but I have been dealing with CasaleMedia and they have a strange concept of customer service.

Before you right them off you should speak to Alex Gardner the
Publisher Relationship Manager

I will email you his contact information, he is a good bloke and will go out of his way to assist, it may be worth while touching base with him.

ive got 7.5k popunders so its extra income ..good job namedrive!

I'm afraid we have had to temporarily disable the popunders as it turned out that Casale popunders had a bug...

The performance of this new popunder provider is rather dismal compared to Casale.

Thanks, didn't even notice that their was a new provider. There wasn't any info in the new features. I'm only getting $1.25 rpm

i emailed neil and ed on thursday about only getting a little over 10 % popunders paid but still have not gotten any response.
also emailed both about a possible tech problem about the popunder that i have noticed - also no reaction & some other stuff - still waiting for answers....

Woflis, Neil is replying to you now. He was traveling on Thursday and Friday which is why he didn't get back to you.
The reason why popunders show fewer views than the views on your domains are because of the large amount of popup blockers available. Naturally, parked pages are not blocked by these, but popunders are, hence the lower numbers.
You can now add the domain in the other issue.

thank you for the update ( have not gotten any email yet).

please make sure my popunders stay disabled , because i just checked and someone enabled them again. i do not wish to use popuders for that little money.
thank you.

seems as if casale is serving popunders @ namedrive again.

Yea, popunders earned me good income last month. ND keep them!!

popunder rpm seems to be recovering again: averaging 2.24 during the last days.

(my popunder revenue this month to date is exactly 6.66 - which reminds me of Bruce Dickinsons immortal words: 666 the number of the beast / hell and fire were sworn to be released )

Sure do. Mine is up from $1 to $2.02.

i have seen many times, well few times a day while surfing the net that you get a popup that browsers dont detect them as popup or wahtever, is it hard to impliment that kind of popup ??(I think they called slid in, but not sure)

why dont these PPC providers do the same and use tags that browser detect and block them??

you're probably referring to a javascript slide-in; should be fairly painless to implement.

why dont these PPC providers do the same

probably because google policy wouldn't allow it.

I am not sure what google policy is, but other PPC provider who use yahoo has same popup type that get blocked by any blocker, perhaps thats again against yahoo policy. but it doesnt make sence if popunder is allowed but slide-in not,, both the same to me

i realise popunders decrease the CTR rate ..now i have disabled them n CTR increased... but maybe its just happens for my domains..not sure about other domainers..

Joey,

would you mind sharing for what kind of domains popunders affected ctr?

sorry for a silly question, but where do i enable pop-unders?

Interesting to see that pop-unders may be having a negative effect on CTR. I might switch them off for a week or so and see what happens. As I see it now, it just increases revenue, but if it affects my CTR by quite a percentage then I will definitely leave them off.

How did your CTR compare after switching them off Joey? Much of a percentage increase?
