What potential? Traffic potential?
If parked, it may get a few visitors when the movie comes out, but the click % would be terrible. Hellboy2 will only be in theatres for a few weeks. Then off to DVDs and Blockbuster rental status. If you can get XXX I would take it and run, especially if you paid reg fee for it.

I'd say sell for anything over Reg fee. Lately movie titles do not care about having HellBoy2themovie.com as their domain name. Just some advice from personal experience. I remember when I first started out and I was more of a squatter (trying to acquire names based on popularity). I found out that the more valuable names comes from being creative in deciding on a name.
