a very nice domain... 9 and i are close by on English Keyboards, a 2 char domain and is easy to type-in. 168 OVT for 9i. mid-high XX,XXX end-user, depends on resellers but I'd say upto 2X,XXX. More than 8 million Google Returns. 9i is an Oracle software and many more possibilities. So, I'd look for end-users if I were the owner.
