Good name. It is absolutely not worth less than $1,000....period. People sell names than you can't even spell or pronounce for XXX. This name is pretty solid and with a little leg-work you could do pretty well.

2) Pay a few hundred to get a custom design AudioPlayer (mp3s, wav, midi, etc..)
3) List it with Download.com and elsewhere as freeware so long as members sign up.
4) Use adwords on the actual site and do a once-a-month email update with paid inclusion advertising to all members.

I also think this is an excellent name. I would not take less than 5k no matter what and you could even get $xx,xxx. There will always be audio players whether they r software online, or in the car, or portable ones such as ipod, or in your home. Also, there shouldnt be any TM problems with this name either so that would make it worth more.
