Definitely a nice one! No less than mid $xxx . "Be Sad", hehe .. I don't see what to develop it into though, a site for people who are too happy?
I got an idea; it could be some sort of charity site, with pictures of all kinds of terrible stuff going on in the world. And after the visitor has been showed a lot of pictures, it can say something like "Are you sad yet? - We're not all happy in the world, click here to make your contribution." And then people can donate cash to different charity organizations.
