I think "sun" is generic on its own and as long as you dont develop it to do the same thing sun microsystem does I cant see where that would be a WIPO violation. my 2 cents

Well, Sun Microsystems operates a huge business in Mexico, they own the TM for the term "Sun" and they own this keyword in almost every CCTLD from which they operate.

I pointed out a potentially infringing TM issue which could help the current owner as well as other domainers from registering TMs. For many of us, $500 is not an easy joke.
