The domain has been tarnished, the poster has sold it a few times, he has been banned from namepros, I think one person had this domain purchased, and the seller refused to transfer, and they implied legal action, lots of bad history following this domain as of late, DD for real.
The person taking the appraisal, is not the owner.

@airmax before you publish you should ask from me about the complete case. In namepros i got the offer from same auction for 4500 around. And that auction guy who were claiming that he won that in 2300 its kind of bullshit i am not the owner you are correct but i am the broker for this domain. And i put this here for sale not for appraisal. If i needed to appraise i could pay 99usd to sedo and could do it. Please airmax before you post anything u should ask.

You don't get it man, you keep selling the domain, but don't fulfill the transaction.
You want end user pricing, but are listing in domainer forums.
When a sale occurs the owner does not fulfill the transaction because he doesn't like the price.
It's a circle, do you see the issue, are you concerned that people do not like doing business like this?
Everyone is wrong except you.... You are leaving a bad taste, and tarnishing the domains.
Why didn't sale of shelly.com close, buyer entered into escrow...

Buyer didnt entered into ESCROW. I don't keep selling the domain, those were my first 2 transaction in forum and i learnt a lesson that i should put the domains in only make offers not in auction.
