Plan to develop them at some time in future. First one as a sort of database for digital libraries; second one as an audio books rental site.

What are they worth undveloped?

Here is my thoughts on this, the .net brings the value down on them.

I like the names so so at best, but if developed right then I like them. The digitallibraries.net is a hard type in, so you'll need to over come that. The iaudiobooks.net is a bit better though, and should be remembered better.

Undeveloped they are not worth much, mid $xx to low $xxx at best.

Bottom line, I agree with you on developing them. Is the only way to go, then your looking at better price.
