Please appraise one of the hottest thing in Manhattan is Real Estate. Thanks.

The plural "estates" kills any value, in my opinion. Doesn't make sense.

Minus $10. Real Estates does not equal Real Estate and Pokers does not equal Poker. It could never be a site. Can you imagine trying to explain to someone that they need to go to ManhattanRealEstates.com?

well, the reason I register this name is for SEO. :) It has good keyword and high search term (no s). I am sure it will worth over reg fee easily.

If you can hand-register the name then that is a sign that the name likely has no value....unless you are talking about new technology names. There are exceptions of course, but this isn't one of them. The name is not much better than ManhattanRealEstatex or ManhattanRealEstated. Type-in traffic is the most important. The goose-chase when it comes to search engines is mostly laughable, unless you have a developed site. The rules constantly change as it is. Stick to names that get a few type-ins per day...and brandable names, and you will be ahead of 99 percent of the people.
