Although the domain is descriptive, it is relatively long, and domain length tends to limit value.
I would say that mid to high $xxx is a fair value, and that the offer you received is a reasonable offer.

id say it's a fair offer, they are many names available that can say close to the same thing.

You might negotiate to try to get up to $500, but it's in the right ballpark. It's a nice well-targeted name, but three words is too long for it to be worth much more than that.
