If you are going to buy a typo you have to make it a .com. Anything else, except maybe .org, simply doesn't get typin traffic.

Until today, I didn't find only my dictionary acknowledged this word.
Before I regged it, I　checked by google, there were around 670000 pages for'mortagage'.
