Would be nice to hear opinions as to the value? I feel development is perfect for it however I feel I do not have the means to do it justice.

Why would people search for a motherboard from their cell phone?

The extension and the word just don't jive.

Just because something is available does not mean you should reg it.

The only chance this has a being remotely successful is to build a site. All of the other gTLD's are parked. Still, slim, slim, slim chance of this being a successful site let alone a successful domain name.

Even developed its probally reg fee at best. Dot Mobi is a dead extension and the word has little to do with the extension . Dont waste time developing if your goal is to sell it.
