New York Traffic Auction 2007

I just checked out Moniker's auction result at Amsterdam and I don't know what to say. Well, is it considered as 'great success' as it says?

I wonder what is going to happen in NY auction. But I still hope the one and only premium domain I've submitted make it through the live auction. Should I cross my fingers?

If you have a low reserve on it, it will increase your odds tremendously, I hope you get yours in, I have about 23 or 24 domains there considering where I lowered the reserves, if a quarter of them make it to live, I'll be happy.

I just received another email asking me to submit my adult names for the August Internext show. The deadline is June 15, another overlap to the June 17 Traffic show.

When will the list be out? How much for absentee bidding?

I got 1 out of 16

master auction inventory list:

Thank you very much for posting this...

10 of my domains got accepted, 8 of which I care the least about, all with low reserves, it appears that every domain I did not lower to there suggested price got rejected, but thats OK, I'm happy with the results.

I cant wait to see the live list!

2 out of 26 accepted. Perhaps we need a 'New York - Favorite Rejected Names' thread.

 Thats really not a bad idea, you should go for it Creature, really.

Looks like 3861 names selected for live and silent auctions, and they stack up as such.

Stoc, What program did you use to sort out the TLD counts?

If you have a name that did not make it to the list, are you free to sell it elsewhere or are you still bound to the 60 day contract ?

contract says you can sell it - but you have to pay them 15%

I can't imagine that they would hold you to that if the name didn't even make the silent auction.

I just reread my contract - the word 'auction' does not appear anywhere - just "exclusive right to sell'
