Hi,
I don't think you'll retire on it but the subject matter is hot at the moment, this gives the domain some value, $175-$225 as a reserve, hopefully up to $400 if lucky.
Where you could make money is by developing the domain name into a site. As like me you are in the UK you could list organic shops by town/county and get advertising on the site by banners and/or adsense or similar.
