I think that "podsex" related domains may have some upside in the nearfuture -- Last month I was offered low $xxx for podf#cks.com (Sedo). Not sure about your TM issues. Good luck and Happy New Year!

Thanks for the reply, NamesBond. Yes, it's an interesting area of speculation on whether Ipod porn will take off; I don't think it will, considering a few factors, but whatever. I already have an offer of $300, and I'm definitely thinking about taking the cash while there's still interest in the subject.

There are already lots of ipod/iporn related sites out there like
http://www.ipornshuffle.com and I haven't heard about any trouble from Apple yet. Market's gonna be huge, just give it some time....
