Pardon my ignorance, but ...

I just went to sign up for the free trial account (using the Firefox browser). When I was asked to enter my credit card number, the browser field at the left end of the URL - which is where I confirm that a site is secure - simply said "This web site does not supply identity information."

I see the GoDaddy security logo within your signup form, but I'm used to having security assurances appear in that field next to the URL. Am I mistaken, or is there some reason your site doesn't have the security assurance there?

You should be seeing HTTPS at the beginning of the URL. Protrada takes security very seriously. Please contact us if that's not the case.

Which domain sites in particular? We aggregate from the largest auction sites; Go Daddy, Dynadot, AfterNic, NameJet, SnapNames and Pool.
Would appreciate more info so we can hunt down the error if there is one.

It was most of the sites. Many domains just don't appear in the search. Only some of them turn up. I tried on 2 or 3 days but waste of time because most of the keywrod domains just dont appear. You should know about your site search function.

Your site seems very promising overall, but I have had a similar issue, with some GoDaddy-listed expiring domains not showing up in a Protrada search. Will send you a sample the next time this occurs. (Just didn't want James2002 to think he was the only one.)

Not trying to waste your time. Really appreciate your input and clarifying your issue. There was a bug in the search term of the algorithm which has now been rectified. Big thanx for pointing it out. All the domains were in the system, but not able to be searched. We've indexed over 1.7 million domains since fixing the bug. The remaining 5 million domains will be reindexed in the next 24-48 hours.

I'm also having the same issue as James. The only reason I signed up was to be able to search dropping domains from namejet, pool, godaddy and snap all in one platform. If I type in a keyword its filled with aftermarket domains, not dropping domains, no matter what search filters I use, ie, when narrowing it down to just namejet I receive 0 results.

Thanx for the feedback @Rockefeller. To search just dropping domains select EXPIRING DOMAINS from the SOURCE menu.
