Just picked this one up off drop lists. I feel it would have some nice potential if developed into a site listing recent sales for real estate, domains, cars, anything collectible.

Any thoughts on value for the domain alone?

Reseller - low xxx my guess

I would definitely use it for real estate, art prices.
