Hi all!

Yes, the website was down briefly today, but this was only the website portion. Parking pages were still being shown everywhere and stats were being recorded, so this does not effect parking.

If you find that your landing pages aren't loading, please send me or your account manager an email so that we can handle the situation (could be a bug on the landing page, etc). However, the more specific information we can get, the quicker the problem can be resolved.

these problems are close to every day for the past 2 weeks - many times between 12 pm and 2 am est - in addition if you pay close attention on these problem days your revenue is missing several updates and the overall revenue does not come even close to a normal day - but all you hear on these replies or on their websites is that the revenue is not affected -

The tech team is still working on the website. However, the back end is up and running, as are the parked pages. Clicks are still being recorded, as are revenues.

If you are losing revenue due to your parking pages not loading, please send me a PM with your login. Should you lose revenue because of a Sedo system failure, Sedo will compensate!

Why would we lose revenue if you are saying that the parking pages are loading fine and are working correctly?

I thought the system failure had nothing to do with the parked pages. Could you explain as it is some what confusing.

After speaking with the technical team, we came to the conclusion that during the time that our clients could not log in to Sedo, the parking pages were resolving very slowly (or not at all).

Because of this, we will be compensating for lost parking revenue. The tech team is still investigating why this happened.
