Your suggestions are good.
Finance obviously best for adsense, but realistically, the fun one is easiest to develop.
4F.NET Looks really nice. I'm guessing at $xxxx mid. That's reseller price.
People normally like LN, as most valuable. This is a rare example of a NL that is way better. Could be a lot more for an enduser!
