Could make a good developed site for an Amber Alert or non-custodial parent kidnapping site. More of a non-profit angle instead of commercial venture, but still some good value.

low to mid xxx but i guess $300 maybe for reseller,not as good as abused.org imho

I would say low to mid xxx. Maybe $150-$300 range .
