thanks predator. Do not own the name, acting in behalf of owner who is possibly interested in selling. Will ask him for revenue details.

No probs.
Tbh it's much more a xx,xxx price , low to mid i would imagine is possible
it's a developed site, regged in 95 & you have great traffic
only thing against it is although the keywords are good, endusers may be inclined to develop their own name/brand or specialise in a oneworder & pay more.
good luck with brokering anyway.
cheers

Just a quick update from me about this domain. The offers that came in where to low for the owner to convince him to sell. He has decided to develop the site further. Thank you all for the input in valuating the domain.

thats either a nice example of typical high appraisals being followed up by offers that give a little reality check or unreasonable expectations, either way, it would be interesting what the "reserve price" is

Just FYI domainah, offers where 100k and up. since the owner is not in need of the cash he decided he might as well try to create more value and sell it at a later date. Like DNP says: its now time to find the right end user.

well..I would say thats a case of unrealistic expectations then, like I said.
The plural is obviously better, and considering the time value of money I think an offer over 100K today is def. worth taking. just my opinion..
