Any thoughts on what NicheTube.com domain would be worth? I've got an offer on the table. I don't have any site there... so I don't really know what kind of traffic tries to hit it.

How much would it be worth now? Or if I developed it first?

Can anyone please give me some sort of rough estimate on what this domain might be worth? I've had some interest in it, but everyone wants to know what I'll sell it for and no one wants to give me an idea of where to even start.
